Working on Localization Projects Efficiently, Together

Invite translator users to help on projects. Manage ownership of projects and different access-rights. Working on localization projects often requires collaborating with a whole team of translators and project managers to get everything done.

Today we released the first part of an improved and more flexible user management for PhraseApp: Project Teams.

Now you can invite translator users to specific projects – instead of having them browse through all of the apps you manage in PhraseApp – to find the one they actually should contribute to.

Click the new Team button to see all the people working on a project

For managers and account owners this means that you now can grant read and write permissions to your translators in a more flexible way than before.

Translators on the other hand will be able to identify much quicker which project(s) they should focus on and thus helping them get stuff done quicker than ever.

Plus email alerting will notify a translator once he or she’s invited to join a new project’s team.

Invite translators and assign write access for specific locales. Send an invitation email if you like, too

We have also put together an article in our documentation that gives you some more details on how you can work collaboratively on your localization projects with PhraseApp.

We will continue to develop an improved team management and have more exciting news to follow!

Be sure to subscribe and receive all updates from the PhraseApp blog straight to your inbox.
